Filet crusted with spices Recipe

  1. In a small bowl mix 2 teaspoon olive oil, yogurt, mustard, pressed garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir well.
  3. With this mixture marinade from all sides the filets.
  4. Mix the bread with coriander seeds, mustard, cumin and sesame.
  5. Coat the meat from all sides with the mixture.
  6. Set the meat in with fat.
  7. Top with remaining 2 teaspoon olive oil.
  8. Bake 10 minutes in advance oven (220 degrees).
  9. Reduce temperature to 180 degrees and bake about 25 to 30 minutes.
  10. Once remove from the oven leave the meat for about 10 - minutes away before you eat.
