Filet crusted with spices Recipe
- 2 pork fillets (about 700 gr each)
- 4 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 / 4 teacup yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 / 4 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 3 / 4 teacup ground dried bread
- 1,5 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1,5 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1,5 teaspoon cumin
- 1,5 teaspoon sesame
- In a small bowl mix 2 teaspoon olive oil, yogurt, mustard, pressed garlic, salt and pepper.
- Stir well.
- With this mixture marinade from all sides the filets.
- Mix the bread with coriander seeds, mustard, cumin and sesame.
- Coat the meat from all sides with the mixture.
- Set the meat in with fat.
- Top with remaining 2 teaspoon olive oil.
- Bake 10 minutes in advance oven (220 degrees).
- Reduce temperature to 180 degrees and bake about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Once remove from the oven leave the meat for about 10 - minutes away before you eat.
