'Kuromame' Black Beans in a Rice Cooker

  1. Put the all the ingredients except for the kuro-mame beans into a pot and boil.
  2. Transfer to the rice cooker.
  3. Add the kuromame beans into the rice cooker and let sit overnight.
  4. The next morning, cook on "okayu" (rice porridge) mode twice, then let it sit.
  5. It will be ready to eat that night.
