Udon Noodle Salad
- 100 g udon noodles
- 50 g Baby Spinach
- 1 tomatoes
- 100 corn kernels
- 100 g celery
- 4 button mushrooms
- 1 zucchini
- 200 g tuna in water
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon low fat cottage cheese
- 50 g capsicums
- Cook udons for one minute.
- Add all other ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
- serve with pepper and oyster sauce.
