Baby Pear Tomatoes and Brie

  1. Generously line a 9 inch microwave-safe pie plate or quiche dish with fresh herb sprigs.
  2. Place cheese over herbs in dish.
  3. Using the tip of a paring knife, score top of the cheese in a diamond pattern.
  4. Generously top cheese with black pepper.
  5. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (high) 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until cheese just starts to melt.
  6. Arrange tomatoes around cheese.
  7. Sprinkle cheese and tomatoes with snipped herbs.
  8. Cook on high 1 minutes more or until tomatoes are warm.
  9. Cut cheese into wedges; serve with tomatoes and bread.
