Patti melt

  1. Make hamburger patties of equal amount
  2. Season on both sides and cook
  3. Brown onion
  4. Toast rye bread on both sides
  5. Mix together mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, and hot sause
  6. Spread on both side of toast
  7. Add a slice of swiss cheese to each melt, onions, and patti
