Patti melt
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 8 slice rye bread
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp relish
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 hot sause,to taste
- 1 swiss cheese, sliced
- Make hamburger patties of equal amount
- Season on both sides and cook
- Brown onion
- Toast rye bread on both sides
- Mix together mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, and hot sause
- Spread on both side of toast
- Add a slice of swiss cheese to each melt, onions, and patti
