Chocolate-Cranberry Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  3. or until butter is melted.
  4. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl with mixer on high speed 2 min.
  6. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla; beat on low speed until well blended.
  7. Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.
  8. Stir in nuts and cranberries.
  9. Drop level measuring tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
  10. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  11. or until cookies feel set to the touch.
  12. Cool 1 min.
  13. on baking sheets; remove to wire racks.
  14. Cool completely.
  15. Microwave white chocolate as directed on package.
  16. Spoon into resealable plastic bag.
  17. Cut very small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to drizzle chocolate over cookies.
  18. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
