No-Egg Salad
- 1 (14 ounce) package extra firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
- 14 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 14 cup pickle, chopped
- 14 cup onion, grated
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon turmeric
- 14 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- place all ingredients in bowl and mash with a fork until well blended.
- enjoy the way you would regular egg salad, minus the guilt.
