Cheesy Wild Rice Soup Makeover
- 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 qt. (4 cups) fat-free milk
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) 2% Milk VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 can (12 oz.) fat-free evaporated milk
- 1-1/2 cups cooked wild rice
- Cook and stir bacon in large saucepan on medium heat until done.
- Remove from pan; set aside.
- Add onions to pan; cook 5 to 6 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Add all remaining ingredients except bacon to saucepan; stir.
- Bring to boil on high heat, stirring occasionally; simmer on medium-low 12 min.
- or until VELVEETA is melted and soup is heated through, stirring frequently.
- Serve topped with bacon.
