Cheesy Wild Rice Soup Makeover

  1. Cook and stir bacon in large saucepan on medium heat until done.
  2. Remove from pan; set aside.
  3. Add onions to pan; cook 5 to 6 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients except bacon to saucepan; stir.
  6. Bring to boil on high heat, stirring occasionally; simmer on medium-low 12 min.
  7. or until VELVEETA is melted and soup is heated through, stirring frequently.
  8. Serve topped with bacon.
