Liqueur Pots De Creme
- 2 pasturized egg yolks
- 1 1/4 cup half and half cream
- 1 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp brandy or other liqueur
- Scald half and half in a saucepan.
- Immediately place in blender with chocolate chips, egg yolks and brandy.
- Blend on high until chips are melted and mixture is thoroughly blended.
- Divide among glasses, bowls, or ramekins and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
