Blueberry Cherry Crisp Recipe
- 1/4 c. lowfat lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. plus 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 c. fresh blueberries
- 2 c. pitted fresh sweet cherries
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Combine lowfat sour cream and brown sugar in bowl.
- Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate30 min.
- Combine blueberries and cherries in 8 inch square baking pan.
- Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar and butter.
- Mix till crumbly.
- Sprinkle over blueberries and cherries.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min.
- Top with lowfat sour cream mix and serve.
