Oreo Ice Cream Pie

  1. Crush Oreo cookies to make pie crust.
  2. (A food processor works great to crush Oreos.)
  3. Melt butter.
  4. Mix crushed Oreo cookies and butter.
  5. Press cookie and butter mixture into pie tins.
  6. In large bowl, beat egg yolks.
  7. Stir in condensed milk, water, and vanilla.
  8. Whip the cream until it peaks.
  9. Fold the coarsley crushed cookies and whipped cream into egg mixture.
  10. Pour into pie tins.
  11. Add extra crushed cookies to top of pies if you desire.
  12. Cover pies with lids or use plastic wrap.
  13. Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
  14. Slice, serve and return to freezer.
