Dijon Rice Florentine
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Bring broth and garlic to boil in medium saucepan on high heat.
- Add rice; stir.
- Reduce heat to low; cover.
- Cook 10 min.
- Add spinach and mustard; stir.
- Cook, uncovered, an additional 8 to 10 min.
- or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
- Stir in cheese.
