Dijon Rice Florentine

  1. Bring broth and garlic to boil in medium saucepan on high heat.
  2. Add rice; stir.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  4. Cook 10 min.
  5. Add spinach and mustard; stir.
  6. Cook, uncovered, an additional 8 to 10 min.
  7. or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  8. Stir in cheese.
