Napolitan-style Yakisoba Noodles

  1. Cut up the ingredients.
  2. Slice the wiener sausages on the diagonal.
  3. Slice the onion and bell pepper about 5 mm wide.
  4. Cut up the cabbage.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and add the onion, sausages, bell pepper and cabbage in that order and stir fry.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. When the vegetables have wilted, add the warmed noodles (see Hints) and stir-fry.
  8. Add the ketchup and mayonnaise.
  9. Transfer to a plate and top with parsley and grated cheese.
  10. Add a fried egg on top if you like, and enjoy!
