Napolitan-style Yakisoba Noodles
- 1 pack Chinese-style noodles (yakisoba noodles)
- 2 Wiener sausages
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Green bell pepper
- 1 leaf Cabbage
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (for stir frying)
- Cut up the ingredients.
- Slice the wiener sausages on the diagonal.
- Slice the onion and bell pepper about 5 mm wide.
- Cut up the cabbage.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and add the onion, sausages, bell pepper and cabbage in that order and stir fry.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- When the vegetables have wilted, add the warmed noodles (see Hints) and stir-fry.
- Add the ketchup and mayonnaise.
- Transfer to a plate and top with parsley and grated cheese.
- Add a fried egg on top if you like, and enjoy!
