Pecan And Leek Stuffing Recipe
- 5 c. dry corn bread stuffing mix
- 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup and recipe mix
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. coarsely minced pecans
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn, thawed corn
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 c. orange juice concentrate
- In bowl, stir stuffing mix and soup mix.
- Heat butter over medium heat.
- Add in pecans; saute/fry.
- Add in pecans and butter, corn, water and orange juice to stuffing and toss.
- Spoon into 2-qt casserole.
- Cover.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min or possibly till heated.
- Makes 10 to 12 servings.
