Beef Sausage - Nella

  1. In a large bowl combine ground beef, salts and pepper.
  2. Mix well, cover and refrigerate.
  3. On second day mix again.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. On third day mix again.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. On fourth day shape into 5 rolls, about 1 1/2 inches X 10 inches Spray broiler rack with Pam.
  8. Lay rolls on rack, place on lower oven rack.
  9. Cook at 150?F for 8 to 10 hours.
