Creamy Cheesy Baked Fish over Rice

  1. Spray 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place fish in pan in a single layer.
  3. Sprinkle fish with garlic salt & italian seasoning.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 of croutons over fish.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and stir until smooth, add broth and stir until smooth, add cream of mushroom soup & stir all until smooth.
  6. Pour sauce evenly over fish.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining croutons.
  8. Bake at 325 for one hour.
  9. Last 4 ingredients are for rice (see directions below) Serve baked fish over Rice.
  10. Directions for Rice: Boil broth on stove in medium boiler until boiling.
  11. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
  12. Cover rice and let sit until done.
  13. Stir gently.
