Apricot Glazed Pork Loin

  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. put preserves, ginger and thyme int the blender.
  3. rough chop the garlic and put into the blender.
  4. slice the green onion and add to the blender.
  5. puree until well mixed.
  6. pour mixture into a gallon baggie.
  7. add the pork loins to the baggie.
  8. seal and coat them well with the preserve mixture.
  9. place the loins on a roasting rack.
  10. cook until internal temperature is 170.
  11. slice and serve.
