Kid-Friendly Decorative Rice Balls for Cherry Blossom Viewing

• 1 enough to make 4 rice balls White cooked rice
• 2 cm Carrot
• 1 Broccolini
• 1 dash Rice ball seasoning
• 2 stick Imitation crab sticks

1. Thinly slice the carrot and cut out cherry blossoms using a cookie cutter.
2. Blanch the broccolini.
3. Add the rice, rice ball seasoning, shredded imitation crab sticks and boiled broccolini in a bowl, and mix with a spatula.
4. On cling film, place a carrot cherry blossom, add 1/4 of rice on top and shape into a ball.
5. Place it with the flower side facing up, and it's done.
