Cinnamon Pecan Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together filling ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Spread all but a handful of the pecan halves into pie shell.
  4. Pour filling mixture over the pecans in the pie shell.
  5. Top with remaining handful of pecan halves.
  6. Bake at 350F 30-45 minutes or until toothpick comes clean out of center.
