Creamy Mushroom Spaghetti

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions.
  2. Fry the bacon until crispy and add the mushrooms.
  3. Fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta and add to the bacon/mushroom mix.
  5. Add the spinach and crumble in the cheese.
  6. Toss over a low heat until the spinach has wilted and the cheese has melted.
