Chocolate Mug Cake
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 -4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 14 teaspoon baking powder
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 caramels (optional) or 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
- In a small bowl, mix to combine all ingredients except caramels/ chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture in a regular sized coffee mug.
- Drop caramels/ chocolate chips into batter.
- Microwave on high for one and a half minutes.
- If cake is not done, microwave for an additional 30 seconds or till done.
