Rice Bowl with Spicy Bean Sprout and Ground Pork Miso
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 250-300 grams Ground pork
- 2 Tbsp Miso
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- to taste Grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp each Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Doubanjiang, more to taste
- 1/2-1 Tbsp Katakuriko
- 2 Tbsp Mirin
- 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Sake
- Stir fry the bean sprouts quickly, add the ground pork and stir fry some more.
- Put the ingredients in a container and mix well to make the sweet miso.
- If it's hard to mix, microwave briefly.
- Flavor the stir fry with the and ingredients, and thicken with katakuriko dissolved in water.
- Drizzle sesame oil at the very end.
