Adam West's Super Bowl Dumplings Recipe

  1. In large skillet, hot sausage over low heat for 15 min.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Add in onions, peppers, mushrooms, pepper, and sage, and saute/fry over low heat for 10 min; set aside.
  4. Lay won-ton wrappers on a well-floured surface.
  5. Brush tops with water.
  6. Fill each skin with 1 ts of mix, then mix in half diagonally; press edges to seal.
  7. Spray a steamer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  8. Place as many dumplings as possible in basket and steam, covered, for four to five min.
