lechon kawali
- 1 1/2 pork
- 4 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp pepper or peppercorn
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 h2o for boiling
- 1 oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- put pork pcs n a big pot.
- cover w h2o.
- add garlic, pepper/peppercorn n salt
- bring to a boil.
- lower heat n simmer for an hour or til mray s tender.
- drain
- deep fry liempo pcs in batches til golden brown n blisters appear on skin
- drain on paper towels
- mix together ol ingredients for the sauce
pork, clove garlic, pepper, salt, boiling, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, clove garlic
