  4. bring to a boil.
  5. lower heat n simmer for an hour or til mray s tender.
  6. drain
  7. deep fry liempo pcs in batches til golden brown n blisters appear on skin
  8. drain on paper towels
  9. mix together ol ingredients for the sauce

pork, clove garlic, pepper, salt, boiling, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, clove garlic
