Johnnie B's Spicy/Sweet Sriracha Sauce
- 8 Hot peppers of your Choice. (Serano, Jalapeno & mini Sweet Red Bells work for me)
- 10 Peeled Fresh Garlic Cloves
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup White Vinegar
- 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup hot water (if needed)
- Combine the Chiles, Garlic, Sugar, Salt & Vinegar in a small pot.
- Cover & Heat Gently as if to Steep.
- Very Low Heat for about 45 mins to an Hour.
- After heating, add the Chile Mixture to a blender, Blend to desired consistency.
- Add the water if needed.
