Raspberry Peach Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup Medjool dates, pitted (about 3-4 large fruits)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice
- sweetener, to taste
- Blend together all the ingredients except the ice, until smooth.
- Add the ice and blend again until frosty.
- Taste, and sweeten as desired.
