Grilled Pesto Breadsticks with Goat Cheese-Pesto Spread

  1. Puree goat cheese in processor.Mix in 7 ounces pesto.
  2. Transfer to medium bowl.
  3. (Can be made 1 day ahead.
  4. Cover; chill.
  5. Bring to room temperature before serving)
  6. Prepare barbeque (medium-high heat).
  7. Halve each bread piece lengthwise, then cut each half lengthwise into 1 1/4-inch-wide strips.
  8. Combine 7 ounces pesto and oil in small bowl.
  9. Brush bread with pesto mixture.
  10. Grill until brown, about 45 seconds per side.
  11. Serve with cheese spread.
