Pepper Steak

  1. Brown onion in oil.
  2. Add steak and brown over medium-high heat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook 1 hour.
  5. Stir cornstarch into water.
  6. Add to pot and simmer until thickened, 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice.
