South Of The Border Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

  1. Cut off tops of bell peppers and place bell peppers in pot of boiling water with salt.
  2. Cover and boil 5 min.
  3. Drain.
  4. In skillet, saute/fry beef, garlic, chili pwdr, sugar, jalapenos, and green onions.
  5. Drain off grease.
  6. Add in minced tomato, corn, tomato sauce, and bread crumbs.
  7. Simmer 4 min.
  8. Stuff peppers and bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 min.
  9. May uncover last 10 of those min.
