Herb Buttered Artichokes
- 2 artichokes
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 tbsp garlic salt
- 1/2 cup parmasian cheese
- 1/4 tbsp herbs of your choice (any u prefer)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- cut stems of artichokes
- remove outer most leaves on bottom and trim remaining leaves with sheers.
- steam or boil artichokes to personal prefrence.
- while artichokes are cooking combine remaining ingredients until blended smoothely
- when done cooking be sure artichoi are drained completely.
- while artichokes are still warm but not to hot to work with seperate leaves partially
- spoon, finger press, rubber spatula ( which ever method works best for you) the blended herb butter into all the leaves and center.
- if to cool to serve place in 350 oven for 3-5 minutes.
- serve.
