Chocolate-Zucchini Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare cake batter as directed on package.
  3. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min.
  4. Add zucchini; beat just until blended.
  5. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round pans.
  6. Bake 28 to 30 min.
  7. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
  8. Cool cakes in pans 10 min.
  9. ; invert onto wire racks.
  10. Gently remove pans; cool cakes completely.
  11. Spoon frosting into medium bowl.
  12. Add COOL WHIP; whisk until blended.
  13. Stack cake layers on plate, filling and frosting with COOL WHIP mixture.
