POLLY-O Easy Calzone

  1. String cheese into thin strips.
  2. Unroll pizza crust on lightly greased cookie sheet.
  3. Cut into 4 equal squares.
  4. Spoon 2 teaspoons of ricotta and pizza sauce onto each square.
  5. Sprinkle with string cheese.
  6. Fold crusts over; pinch all edges to seal.
  7. Bake at 425F for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.
  8. Let cool slightly.
