POLLY-O Easy Calzone
- 1 stick (1 oz.) , any variety, divided
- 1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 Tbsp. POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. pizza sauce
- String cheese into thin strips.
- Unroll pizza crust on lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Cut into 4 equal squares.
- Spoon 2 teaspoons of ricotta and pizza sauce onto each square.
- Sprinkle with string cheese.
- Fold crusts over; pinch all edges to seal.
- Bake at 425F for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.
- Let cool slightly.
