Sausage and Mushroom Breakfast Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown and drain the sausage.
  3. Combine sausage and remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with the toast.
  5. Pour the meat and egg mixture over the toast.
  6. Bake 1 hour uncovered.
