Marbled Brownies
- 125g butter
- 125g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 x 55g eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup plain flour, sifted
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- Lightly grease and line with baking paper a 18cm x 28cm slab tin.
- Combine butter, dark chocolate and brown sugar in a medium saucepan and stir over a medium heat until chocolate and butter have melted.
- Remove from heat and whisk in eggs.
- Add flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
- Stir until well combined, pour into prepared pan.
- Beat Philly* and castor sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon randomly over chocolate mixture and swirl with the tip of a knife.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for 40 minutes.
