Waldorf Salad For Two Recipe
- 2 med. unpeeled red apples, diced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 c. red grapes, halved
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- Dash of salt
- 1/4 c. minced walnuts
- Toss together apples and lemon juice.
- Add in celery and grapes.
- Combine yogurt mayonnaise, and salt in small bowl; pour over fruit and celery and toss lightly to coat.
- Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with minced nuts.
