Scrambled Egg Tacos

  1. Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling; add onions.
  2. Continue cooking 1 minute or until onions are softened.
  3. Stir in sausage and eggs.
  4. Continue cooking stirring gently with heat proof rubber spatula 4-5 minutes or until eggs are set.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Place 1 slice cheese into each warm taco shell.
  7. Top with 1/4 cup egg mixture; top with desired toppings.
  8. Serve immediately.
