Honey Glazed Chicken (Microwave) Recipe

  1. For sauce, in a 2-c. microwave-safe measure, combine all ingredients, except chicken.
  2. Cook, uncovered, on high 2 to 3 min or possibly till mix is thickened and bubbly, stirring every minute.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In an 8x12x2 inch microwave baking dish, arrange chicken pcs, skin side down, with meatiest portions facing toward the outside of dish.
  5. Cover loosely with waxed paper and cook on high 9 min, giving dish a half turn and rearranging chicken pcs once.
  6. Drain well.
  7. Brush chicken with sauce.
  8. Turn chicken and brush with sauce again.
  9. Cook on high 8 to 10 min more or possibly till chicken is no longer pink.
  10. Keep hot.
  11. Cook remaining sauce, uncovered, for 1 minute or possibly till heated through.
  12. Serve with chicken.
  13. Serves 4.
