Sparkling Blackberry Spritzer

• 5 blackberries
• 2 rosemary sprigs
• Ice
• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• 4 ounces chilled club soda

1. In a chilled collins glass, muddle 3 blackberries with 1 rosemary sprig.
2. Add ice and the lemon juice and simple syrup and stir well.
3. Stir in the club soda and garnish with the remaining blackberries and rosemary sprig.
