Coffee & Kinako in Hot Milk Zenzai

  1. Toast the mochi in a toaster oven, or prepare the dango and set aside.
  2. In a small pan, combine the ingredients and cook on a low or low-medium heat, continuously stirring while heating.
  3. Thicken with the dissolved katakuriko.
  4. Serve over mochi (or shiratama dango) and crushed walnuts.
  5. Top with cinnamon (optional) and it's ready.
