Simply Blue Salad

  2. Slice red onion into thin strips, then set aside.
  3. Slice english cucumber into thin strips, then set aside.
  4. Seperate the arugula on two plates.
  5. Then put 1/2 cup of each veggie on each top.
  6. Then put a tablespoon of dressing on each plate.
