Banana-Peanut Butter & Caramel Bread Pudding

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Microwave peanut butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
  3. or until melted.
  4. Whisk in sugar, eggs and 1-3/4 cups milk until blended.
  5. Add bread; stir to evenly coat.
  6. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake 40 min.
  8. or until center is set.
  9. Let stand 5 min.
  10. Microwave caramels and remaining milk in small bowl 1-1/2 min., stirring after 1 min.
  11. Stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended; drizzle over pudding.
  12. Serve warm.
