Arepas
- 1-1/2 cups masarepa
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Mix all ingredients except butter; let stand 5 min.
- Shape into 18 (3-inch) patties.
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add patties, in batches; cook 3 min.
- on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides.
