Pork Shabu-Shabu and Kimchi Spring Rolls

  1. Cook pork slices in the boiling water one by one.
  2. Drain the pork and cool in a strainer.
  3. Let's Shabu-Shabu!
  4. (means 'swish-swish' in Japanese.)
  5. Dip each piece rice paper into the warm water for 10 second to soften.
  6. Lay rice paper flat, and place boiled pork, kimchi and a lettuce leaf on top.
  7. Roll tightly!
  8. Roll up!
  9. Roll roll
  10. Cut it in two.
