Easy Cheesy Potatoes

• 1 lb. baking potatoes (about 3), cut into 1/2-inch chunks Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
• 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Combine all ingredients except bacon in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
3. Bake 45 min.
4. Top with bacon; bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 min.
