Chocolate Peanut Butter Clusters
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate squares
- 14 cup peanut butter
- 12 cup peanuts
- 12 cup raisins
- Melt chocolate until almost melted in microwave at 50% power for 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from heat and stir until smooth and completely melted.
- Add peanut butter and stir until blended.
- Stir in nuts and raisins.
- Drop by small teaspoon onto wax paper lined cookie sheet.
- Chill until firm, abour 1 hour.
- Transfer to an airtight container, and store in refrigerator.
