Chorizo Sausage and Beans
- 1 pound Chorizo Sausage
- 1/4 cups Onion, Diced
- 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Great Northern Beans, Drained
- 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Pinto Beans, Drained
- 1 can (6 Oz. Size) Tomato Paste
- 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
- Combine the sausage and onions in a Dutch oven and brown over medium heat until the sausage is cooked and the onions are translucent.
- Mix the beans, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, brown sugar and ground mustard with the sausage/onion mixture in the Dutch oven.
- Stir well to combine the ingredients.
- Place lid on Dutch oven and bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 25 minutes.
