Smoky Tomato Balsamic Dressing

• 12 cup tomato juice
• 14 cup balsamic vinegar
• 14 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon whole-grain Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon sweet spanish smoked paprika
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 14 teaspoon sea salt or 14 teaspoon kosher salt
• 14 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1. Process ingredients in a blender until well blended.
