Asian Pear Compote
- 1 Asian pear
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- Peel and core the pear, then cut into 5 mm slices.
- Evenly spread the slices into a heat-resistant dish, then evenly sprinkle on the sugar and lemon juice.
- Cover with a lid and microwave for 5 minutes.
- After the slices are tender, it's ready to serve!
- If they are still hard, microwave longer, checking after increments of 30 seconds.
- Cover with a lid and cool.
- It will become tender from the residual heat.
- Once it cools, chill in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled.
- Use the compote to make a fluffy and rich cheese cake.
- It's easy since it uses pancake mix..
