AMIEs Polpette di Tonno (Tunaballs)

  1. Combine the tuna and bread then add the parsley, parmesan,garlic and eggs.
  2. Mix to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Shape tablespoonfuls into firm balls then shape to make a polpette.
  5. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the polpette in batches for 3-4 minutes, turning, until browned all over and cooked.
  6. Serve with your choice of side dishes like "mista insalata" (mixed vegetable salad).
  7. Share and enjoy.
