Frypan Beef & Pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shell pasta
- 400 g tomatoes
- 12 green capsicum, chopped
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 12 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 250 g broccoli florets
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- salt
- pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 onions, chopped
- Heat oil in a large frypan.
- Add onions, capsicum, garlic, and saute with beef until brown.
- Add the seasonings and tomatoes.
- Cover and cook 30 minutes.
- In a large saucepan, cook pasta in rapidly boiling water until tender.
- Drain.
- Blanch broccoli and add to the frypan with pasta and mixed vegetables.
- heat through.
- Stir in cheese and simmer until cheese begins to melt.
- Serve immediately.
